I designed an innovative concept for an automated employee feedback application, inspired by my experience in corporate America. Traditionally, employees are required to actively seek feedback from specific individuals—a process that can be both time-consuming and inefficient. My concept revolutionizes this by introducing a scheduled, automated system.

The application intelligently analyzes an employee's project involvement to identify the most relevant colleagues for providing feedback. This ensures that as soon as an employee is assigned to a new project, they automatically receive comprehensive and targeted feedback from their team members on a quarterly basis. This approach guarantees timely, precise, and relevant feedback, streamlining the review process and enhancing its effectiveness.
